Can’t remember the last time I was ‘bored’. I have more hobbies than I have time. Just joined a rec hockey league after not playing for years and everything hurts but I am smiling.

Met a dog named Bandit out on a county road and helped him find his way home. I think he knew where he was, he just wanted to hang out with someone. Better safe than sorry.

Coming up on a year of owning a tablet in addition to the PC and smartphone I have always had on-hand. The verdict: where has this been all my life, the missing technology link, love it!

MIddle aged and still hoping for school snow days, especially when it is actively snowing and temp below 0 F. If the kid stays home, I get to as well! Work from home, with obligatory Mario Kart breaks.

I love organizing. Snowy weekend = get the basement in order.

When I am feeling unmotivated at work, I like to switch up a bunch of things at once. Stand instead of sit, listen to a genre of music I don’t usually hear, write with something different, try out a new work process. Really helps to refresh!

Weekend feels well earned this week. No plans = freedom 😆

Does drinking coffee from your favorite mug make it taste better? Almost 6am, I’m ready! ☕

Need to start planning summer camping, where I live sites start filling 6 months out. Having reservations is something to look forward to though! Aiming for six weekends this summer. 🏕

Filled a fountain 🖋 with orange ink after previously having something dark (brown? black? who knows?) Enjoying watching the color transistion everytime I start writing. Starts dark brown, eventually becomes orange again…

The Dad hour: that first hour of the day when my senses are heightened to superhero status. I can smell every nuance of the coffee, the first light of the day is so vibrant, and I can even hear the quiet.
